Some sectors and businesses are more reliant on having quality, talented staff than others, some seem to have high staff turnover so correct recruitment is essential. We currently specialise in the Automotive and Hospitality sectors in the Midlands, both of which are heavily reliant on frontline staff who can interact with customers effectively and of course sell stuff! 

A wrong choice in frontline staff could cost you a fortune in lost customers (the ones that never tell you to your face, they just go elsewhere!) more......

 

So you go to recruit a new Service Advisor more..... or Waitress/Receptionist, where do you go? An ad in the local paper perhaps? A friend of a friend? or numerous CVs (that you can get from a website for free that say how fantastic the person is ) you have saved over the months or a recruitment agency that may only be interested in getting as many people through the books as possible!

 

The requirements of a role with the same title are very likely to be different from business to business. The chances are your requirements will be different to that of your competitors so how do you match the right talent to the demands of the role in your business?

 

Thats exactly what Talent 2 job does! It matches the talents of prospective employees to the specific talent requirements of your business. Our focus is quality not quantity! 

 

What we do- Stage 1 

Firstly we benchmark the job role and activities/behaviours that you specify using our talent tools that identify the exact natural talents required to perform the job, then we assess the list of applicants to see who has the required behaviors, values and talent to perform the role effectively. We may have a list of prospective employees who we have on our database ready and waiting for an interview! 

 

 

What we do- Stage 2

We then contact your prospective employees to ask them to complete a short online assessment.

What we do- Stage 3

Once completed we advise you of the people who are more likely to fit in with your business offer and you select the most appropriate candidates once you have completed the interviews!

 

Theres one thing for sure, we are only interested in people that match very closely to what you are looking for, we are so confident that we can acheive this we charge no fee untill you are happy with the employee* and they have completed their 3 month probation satisfactorally.
