Our Assessment Centres measure behavioral and organisational competence for a particular level of management or job role.

From the numerous staff surveys carried out by us over the years , the same responses come out time and time again -

 

               Q - How often are your development needs discussed with your manager?

               A - On average just 23% of respondents said they had a development review regularly-

               that means 77% don't!

               Q - How often do you receive praise for your work?

               A - On average just 16% received praise on a weekly basis!

               Q - Do you feel you have the opportunity to reach your full potential at work?

               A - Only about one in three feel strongly that this is the case!
