What we do- Stage 1 
Firstly we bechmark the job role using our talent tools that identify the exact natural talents required to perform the job, then we assess the list of applicants to see who has the required behaviors, values and talent to perform the role effectively.
Stage 2
Then we run an assessment centre, this could include communication skills, interpersonal skills, selling skills, customer concern resolution, colleague based discussions, team building or formal interview, in fact anything that is required for that role in your business.

Its no secret the most effective way to develop and maintain a high performing team is to have the right Manager or Team Leader in place! Often a Manager is selected for a role because "he/she is really good at their current role" and "they've been here a long time"
