The Business Needs Analysis
Want to find out how your business can be improved?
Before you embark on a new strategic plan read this!
The Business Needs Analysis (BNA) was first devised a number of years ago following numerous requests from business leaders who were asking us to identify exactly what was wrong or could be improved in their organisation. They knew change was required but couldn't be certain in what area it was needed.
The most common areas that they felt could be improved are:-
- Sales -"My staff dont sell very well, they are more like order takers even though they have had training"
- Customer Complaints "We seem to be getting a lot of complaints lately"
- Customer retention " Our customer base is in decline"
- Staff " They seem to take a lot of sick days"
These and many other frustrations were increased as very often they had attempted to make a change with limited success or they felt that the traditional customer led programmes may be wasted by apathy or business inertia.
These principles apply to any sector that involves your team interacting with customers and; as businesses are being challenged more and more by changes in buying habits and financial constraints it is imperative that you are one step ahead of your competitors.
Based on our knowledge and extensive research, we are readily able to identify the actions and behaviours of your staff that will actually make a customer happy and turn their satisfaction into loyalty.

These include:-
You only have one chance of implementing a culture change or business intervention programme - don't waste it! |
