ATA Customer Service Advisor Certification (IMIA-CS-1)
Business Measures Ltd is proud to be the leading independent provider to deliver assessment and certification of the IMI / ATA Customer Service Advisor qualification. The certification is aimed at improving the overall standard of customer service within the automotive sector and has so far been very successful. The programme is open to any person that has had a minimum of 3 months experience working in the automotive sector and is also beneficial to technicians that may be interacting with customers as part of their day to day duties.
We are able to offer certification as a stand alone product or as part of another programme you may be running. We offer a nationwide service and the qualification is available to any service advisor working either in the independent sector or dealer network.

Aimed at senior Service Advisors or Managers in a small business, this qualification is the next level up from service advisor and includes practical and online assessments.

ATA Parts Advisor Certification (IMIA-Parts-2)
ATA is an assessment programme for Parts Advisors working in the retail motor industry. It has the backing of major vehicle manufacturers, independent parts organisations and the Automotive Distribution Federation (ADF) now known as the Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation (IAAF) .
With the increasing complexity and sophistication of vehicles and a shortage of skilled individuals, there has never been a greater need for competent Parts Advisors. Properly trained Parts Advisors are highly skilled professionals and the Parts Advisor Acreditation programme has been developed to enable a business to demonstrate to the trade and public that it employes highly qualified staff to help provide the best possible service and advice!
